General Instructions

• Registered Cultural Schools (Art school/Music school/Film school/ Dance school/ Cultural Club etc.) students across UAE, and registered Academic Schools/ Colleges across India are only allowed to participate.

• A participant represents only 1 school

• Declaration in this effect shall be signed along with the registration via respective Cultural Institution. Organizers may authorize one of the registered organizations to represent any Major Cities in UAE if no Cultural School is available for participation from the particular UAE Sector

• Contestants Registration open from July 10th to December 5th . Registrations to be made via respective cultural/Art institute or through the website platform

• After Registration, Submission should be mailed to registration@indywoodtalenthunt.combetween July 20th to December 15th . with the following details:

Rules & Regulations

• Topics for all age categories is A New Beginning after Coronavirus

• Submissions should be mailed to registration@indywoodtalenthunt.com between July 20th to December 15th . with the following details:

• File Size: Maximum file size is 4 Megabytes (4MB)

• File Format: JPEG/ PNG

• Every Digital Poster uploaded is subject to a moderation process before it become visible on the contest on Indywood Talent Hunt Facebook Page.

• Participant name or identifying mark must not appear on the Digital Poster

• Any artwork on the poster must be original in design

• All Digital Poster should be original work of participant. Any participant found violating rules and regulation will be disqualified from competition

• No posters should include an image or name of government officials or popular personalities

• 50% score will be calculated by considering the maximum number of total Likes on the submitted photo on ITH 2020 Facebook page till the announced deadline date.

• 50% score will be calculated by the Jury, based on Creativity, Presentation and relevance to the Theme

• Only one Digital Poster per participant to be submitted.

• Nature of the Digital Poster should be strictly related to the subject given.

• Participants should abide to all the rules and regulations laid by the organizers.

• Decision of the judges will be treated as final.

Prizes & Opportunities

• Prize winners will be honored Certificates/ Opportunity for Entry to Indian Film Industry through Indywood network

• Grade system will be applicable to find out Individual Champions in Sub Junior, Junior, Senior & Super Senior (Girls/Boys) Music/Dance/Fine Art/ Acting & Filmmaking/ General Events.

1. 70% and above       A Grade - 5 Points
2. 55 – 70%                B Grade - 3 Points
3. 40 – 55%                C Grade - 1 Point
4. First Prize               Grade points + 5 Points
5. Second Prize          Grade points + 3 Points
6. Third Prize              Grade points + 1 Point
